The Sand Cat is one of the finest dive/rise jerkbaits on the market today. A consistant producer year after year for muskie, pike and bass. The 8" model dives deeper (2-4') for working the open pocket and alleys in weedbeds and other shallow structure. A long, sweeping pull is used with this bait for more of a glide action and slower rise. Casts like a bullet no matter what the wind conditions are. No stalling in mid-air like other bulky, wide profile dive/rise chop baits.
